David receives Sierra Club endorsement

The Sierra Club’s Rio Grande Chapter (covering New Mexico and West Texas) has announced that they are endorsing David for Public Regulation Commission.  The endorsement recognizes David’s long experience in practicing and promoting the use of renewable energy and his strongly pro-environmental positions.  The Sierra Club’s mission is to “…promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources… and to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment”.
